I will be here to guide you and analyze your current situation by looking at your diet and lifestyle then give you some information based on science, coaching tools and support to reach the goal that you want to achieve.
Dietary Analysis.
Practical guidance and support with dietary analysis using a Nutrition software to provide specific nutrient breakdowns, the macronutrients, micronutrient and phytonutrients. We will also get the optimum calorie intake needed depending on your goal - to lose, maintain or gain weight.
Meal Planning.
Help with meal planning by making some small changes to make it more sustainable. I will also be providing a healthy shopping list, food swaps, add variety and flavour, and recommend cooking methods to get optimum nutrition. Having a nutrition coach to help you with meal planning is about eating better not less, not low fat, not low calorie, not low carbs or feeling deprived. It’s about getting optimum nutrition so you are consistently energised and live life to the fullest.
Goal setting and creating small actionable steps.
If you don’t know where to start, I will help you focus and find clarity. Knowing your “WHY” will keep you motivated through this journey. Some frequently used goals by clients are weight management, stress management, sleep regulation, improve energy levels, improve Nutrition intake for optimum wellness, improve family nutrition.
Overcome obstacles and limiting beliefs.
A coach will help you determine the limiting belief and obstacles that you need to overcome and this is internal. They are contained in your mindset, attitudes and behaviour.

Fortunately, all habits are learned. I will help you understand the phases of building a habit, using a system and cultivating discipline with accountability to make the healthy habit stick.
